She went on to provide cover during periods of maternity leave, annual leave, and other staff absences, demonstrating her ability to apply her knowledge and adapt to new responsibilities.

Promotion to Recruitment Consultant

Her continued development was recognised within a year, and she was promoted to Recruitment Consultant.

Current Role

Recruitment Consultant and Care Manager

Megan has now been a Recruitment Consultant and Care Manager for over two years.

Her role involves managing care packages, recruiting, and supporting healthcare professionals, working closely with local authorities, and, most importantly, building lasting relationships with service users and their families.
