This has been extremely unstable but as the nurses have got used to her and guided her food choices her diabetes control has improved. This has helped her cognitively as well and she’s becoming more involved in her care. As a family the care she has received from Care First 24 has made a huge difference to our lives, before my sister and i were being called several times each day and night and had to drop everything to fill in if no one was available or someone was sick.
