Having won the Best AHM Health & Wellbeing Award in 2024 at the prestigious Business Awards Kent, we applied again for the 2025 Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Awards.
Following a straightforward application process online, we were delighted to have been shortlisted in the ‘Business Woman of the Year’ Category – Lynn James-Wellings, Managing Director, and the ‘Best Creative, Digital & Innovation Business’ – Jayne Easterbrook, Development Director. Lynn and Jayne were subsequently invited to a judging and filming interview and announced as finalists.
We had a fantastic evening at the Marriott Tudor Park Hotel in Maidstone on Thursday, 2nd October, celebrating alongside the other deserving finalists and their teams. The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement, and we enjoyed a delicious meal as the finalists and winners in each category were announced.
We were thrilled that Lynn James-Wellings, our amazing Managing Director here at Care First 24, was awarded the ‘Business Woman of the Year’.
Jayne Easterbrook, our Development Director at Care First 24, was announced as the winner of the ‘Best Creative, Digital & Innovation’ award.
We were both shocked and delighted to also receive ‘The Best in Kent Award’ for Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells — a true honour to be recognised among so much incredible talent in the room. Winning this award also means we will be automatically entered into the finals in December, where all the Kent regional finalists will come together to celebrate excellence.
Winning these awards truly means the world to us. It’s a wonderful recognition of the hard work, dedication, and compassion that our team puts into everything we do.
