Care First 24, an award-winning care provider, is urgently recruiting a Paediatric Clinical Lead to support our expanding paediatric complex care services in the community. 🔹 The Role You’ll provide hands-on clinical leadership, working closely with our Registered Manager and supported by an experienced in-house Clinical Team. This is a key role where your expertise will directly influence patient safety, staff development, and quality of care.
🚗 Travel across locations and occasional out-of-hours support may be required.
🔹 What We’re Looking For ✔️ NMC Registered Nurse ✔️ Minimum 3 years’ paediatric nursing experience ✔️ Strong background in paediatric complex care ✔️ Proven leadership and communication skills ✔️ Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, risk management & patient safety ✔️ Confident in clinical assessments, care planning & medication management ✔️ Full UK driving licence & own vehicle essential
