A few members of the Care First 24 Team made their way up to the London Marriott Hotel, London, on Friday 14th July to attend a finalists ceremony with The Stars of Social Care.
We were lucky enough to have been awarded finalists in two categories for Home Care. These were The Fabulous Frontline Leader Award – Becky Burke, and The Start-Up Home Care Employer – Lynn James-Wellings.
We are so proud to announce that our amazing Candidate Liaison Officer, Becky Burke, won the Stars of Social Care ‘The Fabulous Frontline Leader Award.’
The presenter for the evening was Josie Gibson, TV presenter for ITV’s This Morning. It was a fabulous evening, starting with a drinks reception, and a chance to mingle with the other guests. Then we were seated to enjoy a three-course meal. The award winners were announced whilst we were seated and the anticipation in the room was palpable.
Becky was announced the deserved winner of the award for ‘The Fabulous Frontline Leader Award’ which was great news for us to celebrate!
